There must have been a major baby boom this year because I have had more newborns just in the last few months than I have photographed in the last 3+ years. Love all of these sweet sweet babies! Love this couple…I mean absolutely LOVE them!!! We had so much fun on the two days we shot their engagements. I’m super stoked for their wedding next month. Here are some of my favorites from their session. Enjoy!

(P.S. Brian could really use everyone’s prayers right now. He was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2008. He has had 6 surgeries, 6 weeks of radiation, 7 months of chemo, and 1 biopsy. I think it was like the week before our session that he started chemo again for another tumor that was found earlier this summer. Get ready for some major image overload, lol! Chad & Chelsea are getting married in September and asked me to do an engagement/family session for them. I’ve gotta say, these are some of my favorite images ever! Such a laid back session…and a super sweet family. It was windy of course (that’s Amarillo for you) but they were troopers and we ended up having a wonderful time. Congratulations Chad & Chelsea! Your family is precious and I pray all the blessings in the world over the 3 of you!

I am aware that it has been 2 weeks since my last post. Boo…I know! I have so many sessions, weddings, etc to blog. So expect a new post every day…or at least every other day for a little while. Here are Matt & Shelbee’s engagements. It was a super fun session…great stormy looking sky, beautiful Amarillo Texas field, their babies (their dogs of course), etc. We actually ended up shooting their motorcycle shots on a different day b/c we wanted super sunny skies. Now that was fun! The shot below was shot at like 80 mph I think. Btw, I am a huge advocate of motorcycle helmets. So please please know that these were shot from one on ramp to the next, outside of town, w/ very low traffic. Oh, and high heels on a motorcycle are not the greatest idea unless you’re just grabbing a quick photo, haha! Anyway, enjoy!!
